Our Mission Statement
The mission statement of Terpsichore Inc. is to support spiritual embodiment through all forms of the arts, thus creating harmony for humanity and mother earth.
The Terpsichore mission is to support communities in the United States and other countries who may not be able to afford such cultural opportunities, or exposure, to alternative ways of living in balance with all life. Our mission is to introduce new pathways of remembrance that facilitate creative expression to be self-realised. It focuses on embodying the master creator within through all forms of art, such as dance, yoga, sculpting, pottery, woodworking, jewelry making, qigong, sound healing, music, culinary arts, painting, singing, sustainable living, spiritual arts, the art of growing plants, horticulture and Transzendance.
Our mission is to be a force of love creating a ripple effect throughout the entire earth. We work in coherence with the arts to create harmony all over the world, with an emphasis on hospitals, nursing homes, schools, churches, mental health institutions, jails and communities living on the streets.
The Inception of Terpsichore
Amelia K. Hilton originally created Terpsichore as a dance company to support the Northern Northumberland County in Virginia. Northumberland County is a small town that didn't have access to the arts. Here, as a young child, Daina Fawn Cockrell took dance classes with Kay Hilton. This experience awakened her spiritual gifts, as both a dancer and as an artist. When Kay retired she gave the nonprofit organisation, Terpsichore, to Daina Fawn. She recognised that Daina Fawn was gifted and wanted to support her in sharing these gifts with humanity.
At age 18, Daina Fawn became the president and artistic director of Terpsichore and created the trade name Charisma Dance Company. Later Daina Fawn and Rodney Williams, the artistic Director at Longwood University created Charisma Dance Productions. They did this with the community, to awaken humanity through the arts. Charisma created charitable productions, raising funds for different community projects. Some of their productions include “Heroes”, devoted to the heroes of this world, to raise money for the fire department. “Voices”, which was focused on quieting our mind, and listening to our small still voice of intuition and our heart compass, that guides our way in life. “Within our Souls”, was about diving deep inside ourselves, to get know ourselves on a deeper level. “The Web of Oneness”, introduced how we are all connected through a huge energetic web that connects all life. It highlighted the mycelium web of life that resides under the earth, where the plants communicate with each other. This being an energetic web that connects all life together.
Ten years later Daina Fawn felt called to travel. This journey was to enable the expansion of her consciousness and to connect her with new communities across the world. She offered dance classes at workshops, retreats, festivals, and studios all over the United States, including Hawaii, and further afield in Costa Rica, Mexico, Cuba and the Bahamas. She lived in Hawaii for 8 years. Here she was one of the main teachers offering classes in the Kalani Oceanside Retreat Centre. She also taught classes at Kauai Peace Festival, the yoga festival in Hawaii. Daina recounts, “As a child, I knew that I was one of the beings that held key frequencies of unconditional love for this planet, through the arts and connection to nature, which is the connection to the master creator. I knew that there would come a day when the earth really needed people to embody the divinity that we all hold inside of us, by connecting to the creator inside of us through the arts. The arts is a doorway to support people in that awakening process.”
Our Vision for Terpsichore
A consolidation as one family, for our earth and for our humanity!
Now is the time for us to stand in our power within love. Now is the time to be the creators that we are destined to be, fostering a balanced planet with art and consciousness, living in harmony with ourselves, with others and all life. Now is the moment to live fully present with this earth. The earth is going through a death and a rebirth, just as humanity also goes through its own death and rebirth. We are here to transcend, knowing that death is only the transition of letting go of the old, so that new creation can be birthed. When we create a new painting, we start with a blank canvas!
Terpsichore is calling for creators to unify for the cultivation of a new earth. Terpsichore travels around the world connecting with master creators and encouraging the unification of like hearted pioneers. On our travels, we connect with worldwide artists to create a web of oneness. We connect within our souls with many different types of art, inspiring ourselves and others to expand creative energy & further connect with master creators. Our heartfelt intention is to bring the creative arts in various forms to nurture harmony in communities. We focus on hospitals, nursing homes, schools, universities, churches, and communities living on the streets.
Our vision is to create a Transcendence Centre for the Arts and a wellbeing, that lives in harmony with this earth. We are a guiding light for our soul family that are lost in the dark.
Our vision is to create a place where we have sustainable free housing, organic gardens providing organic fruits and vegetables, water fasting, massage, reiki, culinary arts, sound healing, Transzendance, yoga, music, song, dance, sound healing, nature therapy, jewelry making, woodworking, acupressure, qigong and many other forms of art.
This becomes a catalyst to generate a truly transcendental centre for well being, where people can transcend the root of their illness or find a higher balanced harmonious state of being. This is set in a beautiful and natural environment with clean water and clean air where we can be fully sustainable, where our nervous systems can heal, realign and rest in a natural state of being in the present moment. It is a place of healing body, mind and soul. This place is free for all our welcomed guests, there is no fee or charge. It is funded by the beings of love. We see a new world of gifting, where we offer with love and we receive with love. There is nothing more valuable than love, there is nothing more real than love. Love never dies.
We invite others to open up their own channels for life’s answers, developing an inner trust, listening to the divinity that is inside of us for guidance. As we clear out our vessel and let go of the internal chatter, our mind rests in the present moment and creative ideas flow to us, without even having to ask a question.

We rest into the present moment, we open to creative life-force energy. We surrender to & allow it to flow to us from the higher divine planes. Masterpieces of art, are thus born.
