Alchemy Fitness


Designed as three classes in one, Alchemy fitness promotes flexibility, strength and cardiovascular health. Alchemy unites dance, yoga, pilates, and TRX exercises along with the use of props, weight balls, and TRX suspension straps.


Transzendance 2 Samadhi

Transzendance 2 Samadhi is a unique fusion of spirituality, yoga and global dance in a 60 minute class. By linking movement of the body with breath and intention, we begin to liberate ourselves from loud voices of the mind to hear the small still voice of our heart.

Dance is a sacred expression of the divine within. Transzendance will open energy centers of your body through globally inspired dance and yoga – creating ecstatic bliss and vitality. Where else can you get booty shaking and spiritual enlightenment in one place? Dance towards spiritual evolution!

Dance as yoga asana:

Transzendance 2 Samadhi dance starts with sun salutations and vinyasa, moving into high energy dance with light hand weights , pranayama breath, and ending in Savasana. It is yoga dancing; the music is fun beats with the philosophy of yoga combined with world dance music. It teaches about the eight limbs of yoga through dance.

Transzendance 2 Samadahi incorporates principles of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to promote increased fat-burning up to 48 hours post workout.

A movement meditation linking consciousness of breath with yoga postures. A mixed level vinyasa yoga class for all ages and experiences designed to challenge you to grow. The purpose of Asana yoga is to create a balanced body and mind.


Yoga is like a tree, it has many branches. All these branches make up a roadmap of health and happiness. Meditation is one of the branches. The mind is a direct communicator with the universal life force. When we train the mind we have the ability to create our reality the way we want it to be.

Acroyoga


Acroyoga is a playful style of partner Yoga combining classical Yoga, dance art, acrobatics and therapeutics with partners. It is a great way to connect and be present with another. This classe is for all levels of experience, the only requirement is a playful heart. Take flight and be rooted at the same time, it's a great feeling!

Pilates Reformer with holistic health guidance


Pilates is a method of movement designed to create balance throughout the entire body. It uses props and specifically designed exercise equipment to create flexibility and strength with an emphasis on the core. For full body transformation it is best to address the body, the mind, and the heart, leading to harmony.

TESTIMONIAL:

For the last 15 years, I have had a strong yoga practice.

Unfortunately, as I aged I have injured both of my shoulders, my rhomboid muscles.

I went to an orthopedic surgeon, some physical therapy companies, and tried cortisone shots. Nothing really solved the problem. I learned of Daina’s work and her extensive training in Stott Pilates. Meeting with Daina I informed her of my injuries and my hopes for a pain free life. Daina then carefully designed Pilates sequenced using her amazing Reformer apparatus that provided me with whole body strengthening of the small muscles around my shoulder. This changed everything.

Now I can happily say that I have use of both shoulder & arms without pain and have much greater range of m motion in both arms. I really thought I would have to have surgery so I highly recommend Daina’s group training, and one-on-one training for those of us with injuries.
